The name AnnaLog is a deliberate play on the wooden log chassis that serves as the heart of the turntable. Rather than using a uniform block of material, which can trap resonances, the chassis is engineered to act as a dissipation path. By seasoning the timber and structuring the joints specifically to guide vibrations east to west, the design ensures that mechanical energy does not return to compete with the musical signal.
