Static electricity remains one of the primary catalysts for unwanted vinyl noise, drawing ambient dust particles into micro-grooves while inducing sharp clicks during playback. Simply withdrawing a record from its sleeve can generate static potential between 3,000 and 20,000 volts. The Analog Relax Anti-Static Brush neutralises this static field directly at the source without relying on chemical liquids or abrasive pads. Hand-finished in Japan by Kumano brush artisans, the brush utilizes ultra-fine 0.03 mm Mitsubishi Corebrid antistatic microfibres—substantially finer than a standard 0.05 mm vinyl record groove. When touched to the spinning record surface, the soft filaments initiate a continuous corona discharge, neutralizing between 70 and 80 percent of static electricity while lifting microscopic debris. By removing friction-induced voltage and fine grit, the Analog Relax Anti-Static Brush restores quiet background blackness to vinyl reproduction. Acoustic details emerge with greater natural clarity, and delicate cartridge styli remain free from dust buildup during critical listening sessions.
